*WASA Water main replacement work on 14th Street has begun:

- One lane of traffic in each direction on 14th St. will be maintained at ALL times during construction.
- All businesses along the sidewalks are not expected to be impacted and are expected to remain open during construction and access will not be restricted.
- Traffic Safety Officers at Intersections during rush-hour, Flagmen (at crosswalks within the construction zone) and VMS message boards will be utilized to assist in directing the flow of both pedestrian and vehicular.

- Pedestrian Access to businesses along the east side walks (including Tivoli Theatre) will continue to be maintained.
- Traffic Safety Officers at Intersection during rush-hour, Flagmen (at crosswalks within the construction zone) and VMS message boards will be utilized to assist in directing the flow of both pedestrian and vehicular.
